A kitchen experiment, a very stubborn love of chilies, and a belief that heat should be earned one bottle at a time.
SauceSensei started in Aiman's home kitchen in Austin, Texas, with one very simple problem: every hot sauce label said "hot," "extra hot," or "you'll regret this," and none of it meant anything. So Aiman started ranking every batch honestly, borrowing the belt system from years of martial arts training โ White Belt for beginners, Red Belt for the truly committed.
What began as a running joke among friends turned into an actual bottling operation, batch-cooked in small runs so every jar tastes like it just came off the stove. Six belt levels later, SauceSensei is on a mission to help people build their heat tolerance the same way you'd build any skill: one honest step at a time.
This site is currently a placeholder while the SauceSensei dojo gets ready to open its doors โ but the sauces, the belts, and the mission are very real.
